Terms & Conditions

I am not a medical doctor and I cannot guarantee that the information I provide will help everyone. You follow the information I give you at your own risk. The information I share on my blogs, or anywhere on this website is solely from personal experience and education and may not be suited, or work for everyone. By knowing this, you release me from any blame or claim arising from such a situation.

If you have a health problem I recommend you consult your GP, and where you are already receiving treatment for a condition, I recommend you discuss any nutritional advice offered with your GP before following it. Nutritional Therapists are not permitted to diagnose, or claim to treat, medical conditions and Nutritional advice is not a substitute for professional medical advice and/or treatment. Standards of professional practice in Nutritional Therapy are governed by the CNHC Code of Conduct. Existing treatment recommended by a qualified Medical Practitioner should never be discontinued without prior discussion with that professional and I will never recommend nutritional therapy as a replacement for medical advice. I will always refer any client with red flag signs or symptoms to their medical professional.

This website provides health, general fitness, nutrition and weight management information applications and content published over the internet and is intended only to assist users in their personal health and fitness goals. You are urged to seek medical advice before beginning any health, diet and fitness regime or taking any supplements; particularly special needs clients, e.g. minors, pregnant women, those suffering with any kind of disease. Such individuals are specifically warned to seek professional medical advice prior to initiating any form of health and fitness regime.

Lucy Childerley Clinic strongly advises you to consult your GP or doctor if you have concerns about your health before signing up.

If you are already seeing your doctor for any condition which requires medical checks, and/or if you are taking prescribed medicines or drugs, then you must discuss the plan I give you with your doctor before beginning. Examples of such conditions include, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, hepatic or stomach ulcers, gallstones, kidney stones, and bowel disorders. The list is not exhaustive.
