Sometimes you just need that little bit more and that’s where my bespoke range of tests can help. I have many tests that we can run but here are some of the more popular ones. 

Personalised DNA Test

Ever wondered why you just look at a cake and gain weight, yet your friend can eat three and not gain a pound? The answer may well lie in your genes! Here at Lucy Childerley Clinic I offer state of the art DNA testing to check your individual genetic markers that may make you more susceptible to gaining weight.

Adrenal Stress Test

Cortisol hormone is vital to life but when it is raised too high for too long, it can cause weight gain, especially around your middle. The adrenal stress test is a simple saliva test taken 4 times a day which measures your cortisol and DHEA. DHEA has an anti-weight effect by decreasing fat tissue, excess insulin and food intake. It also boosts energy! 

Food Intolerances Test

Another way to increase stress (and cortisol) is by eating a food your body is intolerant to. This is why so many people see a dramatic loss of weight when they eliminate the offending foods!
