Top Tips to Rebalance Your Hormones Naturally”.

I know how it feels to have imbalanced hormones. I struggled to conceive for many years, even under the guidance of top medical consultants. It was heart-breaking and painful in equal measure and at times I didn’t know how I’d bounce back. Fortunately, we were blessed with a beautiful son and for this I feel incredibly lucky. But the more I learn, the more I wonder if I’d had access to the knowledge, testing and research that is available today, would things have been different.

One thing I do know is over the years of learning about nutritional therapy and genetics my cycle has become regular and pain free for the first time in since it started! Even now, this still amazes me!

I also know how it feels to experience hormonal imbalances later on in life.  After giving birth,  I had fibrocystic breasts and hair loss which were both awful . The only difference this time was that I had access to testing and nutritional advice so was able to sort these problems out fairly swiftly.

This is why I feel so passionate about supporting others who are struggling with hormonal issues. My mission is to support you so you can understand and then take back control of YOUR BODY.

Hormones are fundamental to all the systems within the body, including metabolism, hunger regulation, growth and repair, sexual function and desire, blood pressure, sleep, mood. Any issues with hormones can result in all sorts of unwanted symptoms. Each hormonal system influences other systems, so if one is out of balance, the effects can be far reaching.

Symptoms of imbalanced hormones include

  • Menstrual complications
  • Menopausal symptoms
  • Sleep issues
  • Brain fog and memory issues
  • Tiredness and a general lack of energy
  • Endometriosis, PCOS
  • Fertility issues
  • Thyroid, adrenal and digestive disorders

Through questionnaires and testing (if necessary), can determine your hormonal issues and create a plan to lessen the burden on your system and try to bring it back into balance through nutritional and lifestyle support and modifications.
