Do the recipes contain dairy or gluten?
No, all the recipes are naturally gluten- and dairy-free. They’re also simple and delicious!

Is the programme suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
The programme includes many vegetarian-friendly recipes and works well for vegetarians. However, it does not currently support a fully vegan diet. If you’re seeking vegan-specific support, book a 1:1 call to discuss options.

Are supplements required?
Targeted supplements are recommended but not required. The supplements I suggest have been tried and tested for their efficacy and are intended to enhance results alongside dietary and lifestyle changes.

Do I have to follow the meal planner?
No, the meal planner is simply a guide. You can mix and match recipes from the provided recipe sheets to suit your preferences. Just stick to the principles outlined and use the Balanced Hormone Plate guide to structure your meals.

Can I do this programme if I’m on HRT or the contraceptive pill?
Yes, this programme is suitable to follow alongside HRT or contraceptive pill use.

This way, you won’t miss out on any vital information.

What platform is the programme delivered on?

  • The programme is on a free and secure app called Practice Better. All you need to do is download this app and turn on notifications. You will then receive all the modules, via email but also into your personal portal within Practice Better.
  • The live sessions are on Zoom so you will need to download that free app to your device, then just press Start Zoom Call from your weekly invite to attend. It’s very simple!
